At Luxe Arena, we aim to provide a smooth and secure payment experience for all our customers.

We accept multiple payment methods, including UPI, debit cards, credit cards, and other secure online payment options available at checkout. All payments must be completed in full at the time of placing the order to ensure confirmation and timely processing.

Please note that orders will only be processed once the payment has been successfully received. In case of any payment failure, the order will not be confirmed, and the amount (if debited) will be automatically refunded by your payment provider within their standard processing time.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers are requested to connect with us on WhatsApp prior to placing the order for confirmation and further assistance. COD availability is subject to serviceability, and Luxe Arena reserves the right to confirm such orders via call or message before dispatch.

We do not store or have access to your payment details. All transactions are securely processed through trusted third-party payment gateways to ensure your information remains protected.
