Delivery Timeline :
Our standard delivery time is 6–7 business days across India.

However, during:
festive seasons
sale periods
high order volume
courier delays
public holidays
unforeseen circumstances
delivery may take up to 10–12 business days.
We sincerely appreciate your patience in such cases.

Shipping Charges -

Free shipping may be available on selected products or minimum order values.
Any applicable shipping charges will be shown clearly at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking -

Once your order is shipped, a tracking link / tracking ID will be shared with you via SMS, WhatsApp, or email, so you can monitor your parcel in real time.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery -

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, Luxe Arena Jewels will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries. Additional re-shipping charges may apply for reattempted deliveries.

Delayed Deliveries -

While we aim to deliver within the promised timeline, delays caused by:

natural events
are beyond our control.
Such delays do not qualify for cancellation, refund, or compensation once the order has been shipped.

Order Cancellation After Dispatch -

Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Damaged or Missing Package -

If your package arrives damaged, tampered with, or items are missing, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
