Refund & Return Policy – Luxe Arena Jewels -

At Luxe Arena Jewels, we take pride in offering premium-quality jewelry. Since fashion jewelry requires proper care, we maintain a transparent refund policy for fairness to both our customers and our business.

Eligibility for Refund (Fading Issue) -

If your jewelry starts fading within 7 days of delivery despite proper usage, you may request a refund.

To be eligible:
~product must be unused except for trial wear
~no perfume, water, sweat, lotion, or chemical exposure
~original packaging, pouch, and tags must be available
~clear unboxing and issue video/photo proof must be shared
~complaint must be raised within 7 days of delivery

Refund Amount :

Approved refunds will be issued after deducting a 15% restocking fee from the order amount.
If applicable, reverse shipping charges may also be deducted from the final refund amount.
The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after successful quality inspection.

Why 15% Restocking Fee is Charged?

The restocking fee helps cover:

quality inspection charges
packaging material cost
reverse shipping handling
payment gateway deduction fees
hygiene and product sanitization checks
inventory relisting and photography adjustments
product damage risk during return transit
manpower and warehouse handling costs

This helps us maintain product quality and fair pricing for all customers 💎

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be accepted if:

~fading is reported after 7 days
jewelry was exposed to water, perfume, sweat, lotion, or chemicals
scratches, breakage, chain tangles, clasp damage, or mishandling is found
visible signs of wear, makeup marks, perfume stains, or moisture tarnish are present
customer changed their mind after use
no proper proof is shared
product is returned without original packaging, pouch, or tags
customized, sale, or discounted items are involved

Return Inspection- 

Once the returned product reaches us, our team will inspect it carefully.
If the issue is found genuine, the refund (minus 15% restocking fee and applicable reverse shipping charges) will be processed.

If signs of misuse, wear, or improper care are found, the refund request may be rejected.

Important Noten-

Jewelry care instructions must be followed strictly.
Normal wear-and-tear, improper storage, moisture exposure, sweat, perfume, and chemical contact are not considered manufacturing defects.
